Do you have physical store location?
We operate as online business, eBay listings and East Coast Camera shows. We don’t have physical store to keep our prices low and pass the savings to our customers.
What is your return policy?
14 days Money Back Guarantee privilege, NO refund or refund after 14 days. No returns without prior authorization. Shipping charges are NOT refundable
5% restocking fee with Credit Card purchase, NO restocking fee with PayPal.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Visa, Master Card, Discover, AMEX, PayPal, Cashier check and Bank Wire Transfer. We DO NOT accept International Credit Card, except Canadian CC. For the Items over $3000. payment is accepted by Bank Wire Transfer or Check. Ohio residents add 8% Sales Tax.
Can you ship outside of USA?
We ship worldwide for items priced under $3000.
What shipping methods do you use?
We use UPS ground, USPS Priority and USPS Express Mail. Minimum shipping & handling charges is $14. Shipping charges are NOT refundable
